Unison's combination of steel and timber fencing has been designed to provide an attractive boundary screen with strength necessary to confront misuse. 22mm thick Douglas fir timber boards are used to withstand impact damage these boards are from a sustainable source and non-toxic pressure treated to offer a 30 year service life. To enhance its natural strength each board is supported by the specially formed steel verticals. Additional support is then provided to the boards by steel horizontal rails that also deter distortion. The top and bottom rails are manufactured from a heavy angle iron, with the bottom horizontal having two support legs concreted in to prevent the panels sagging over a period of time.
The main support post conceals the horizontal rail fixing and comes complete with brackets to maintain the strength to the outer board fitting. Steel sections are galvanized and Fencecoat 25 polyester resin coated with a comprehensive range of colours to choose from. Click to separate page.
